Our Story

A Broader Picture is a Home & Lifestyle shop located on the beautiful North Coast of Ireland. 

Mum and dad opened as a framing shop 20 years ago. Since then my husband and I have taken over the family business and added lifestyle, interiors and homewares into the mix. 

Where are we?

We are lucky enough to have our beautiful shop located in Portstewart, a small coastal town on the very edge of Ireland. Our shop overlooks the sea from the Portstewart Promenade, the most beautiful view if you ask me . This has been a real advantage for us because we meet plenty of tourists who are spending their holidays on the North Coast. It is always so nice when we get returning customers who are travelling through, so please come in and say hi next time you are nearby.

From Paris to Denmark and Amsterdam, we make sure to visit a wide range of  international trade shows and keep up to date with what is happening in the world of lifestyle and interiors. We also proudly stock the very best when it comes to locally sourced Irish products.
