Shipping policy

Items will usually be despatched within 2 working days of us receiving your order.  We will send you an email to let you know your parcel is on its way. 

You should receive your parcel approximately 1-3 working days after despatch, however please allow up to 5 working days, following despatch, for your parcel to reach you. 

We try to reuse the packaging we receive from our suppliers, so your order will probably be shipped in a reused box.

N. I. & U.K Mainland Shipping             Up to 2kg  £5.95*

R.O.I. Shipping                                          £6.95* 

*certain products may not be suitable for standard shipping however this will be clearly stated on individual product pages.

We also offer a free click and collect service.  Please select the pick up option at check out.  We will send you an email to let you know your order is ready for collection.  Please note that Apple Pay, Paypal, Google Pay, Amazon Pay are not available as payment methods for click and collect orders.

If you would like delivery to another part of the world please email us at hello@abroaderpicture.com and we will try our best to get something organised for you.

Please note that unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for failed delivery if you give alternative delivery instructions to the courier (e.g. to leave the parcel with a neighbour).  If a parcel is returned to us as undelivered due to a wrong/incomplete address being given or you are not available to accept delivery, then you will be responsible for the cost of having the item re-dispatched.
